Sidharth Malhotra’s Marjaavaan was slated to release on November 8 this year but now the makers have decided to postpone it by a week. Milap Zaveri’s romantic drama, which has Ritiesh Deshmukh, Tara Sutaria and Rakul Preet Singh in lead roles will now release on November 15. The makers of Marjaavaan have taken the decision to make way for Ayushmann Khurrana starrer Bala for their long standing relationship with producer Dinesh Vijan, with whom they had produced Hindi Medium. They wish the best for both the films and hope that this might prove to be a boon for both the projects.
Producer Bhushan Kumar annouced the same on Twitter today and wrote, “I’ve had a long standing relationship with @MaddockFilms and #DineshVijan is also a dear friend. I’ve decided to shift #Marjaavaan to 15th November 2019, to make way for #Bala. My best wishes to the team! @TSeries”
Produced by Dinesh Vijan and directed by Amar Kaushik, Ayushmann Khurrana’s Bala was scheduled to release on November 22, but because of Abhishek Pathak’s Ujda Chaman, which is based on the same subject, Bala’s makers decided to prepone their release. Now Ayushmann’s Bala will clash with Sunny Singh’s Ujda Chaman. Well, we wish them luck!
